Tobacco Cessation- Foothills Primary Care Network
This four-session series is offered to those whose family doctor belongs to the Foothills Primary Care Network. Smoking cessation medications and strategies are discussed. Tackling Tobacco Together (3T)- West Central Primary Care Network: This group cessation program consists of four-sessions, taking place once a week. Following program completion, ongoing, follow-up support phone calls are offered. A physician referral is required. Call Stephanie at 403-258-2745.
Tobacco Cessation Group- Mosaic Primary Care Network: This four-session group is offered to those whose family doctor belongs to the Mosaic Primary Care Network. The group typically takes place at East Calgary Health Centre, but locations may vary. A physician referral is required.
